Melbourne Mining Club website redesign
The Melbourne Mining Club hosts regular luncheons that bring resources industry leaders together in Melbourne. Its previous website had accumulated years of migrated content, inconsistent templates and a dated design that no longer matched the standing of the organisation.
Launchpad Digital designed and built a new NationBuilder theme from the ground up, using our own NationBuilder base framework so the site is fast to maintain and upgrade. The work included:
- A refreshed visual identity across the homepage, about, events, news and sponsors pages
- An events section that surfaces the full luncheon calendar and streamlines registration
- A dynamic sponsor system with tiered display, managed entirely from the NationBuilder control panel
- A speaker honour roll drawing on the Club's history
- Membership and contact sign-up forms integrated with NationBuilder's supporter database
- Migration and cleanup of legacy content, plus a full accessibility review against WCAG AA
- A key-statistics band the Club can update without developer input
The result is a site that looks the part, works on every device, and gives the Club's small team full control over content, events and sponsor recognition.
